Virtual Management Group (VMG) is designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises with the implementation of a wide range of customized initiatives and services to improve their business. The services will be delivered via virtual channels such as video-conferencing (Skype, GoToMeetings), e-mail and telephone. After an initial in-person meeting, VMG will collaborate with clients online and keep them informed of the progress of the projects. Web camera capabilities will be installed on the client’s business computer to facilitate the communication.
